We will reuse the cardboard box under the philosophy of
"SAVE THE EARTH".
Thank you for your understanding.

There are two types of shipping cost as follows.

Domestic shipping cost : It is the cost within Japan , from the sellers address to Goody-Japan's address. The price varies upon the sellers location in Japan.
　　
International shipping cost :It is the cost from GOODY-JAPAN to your residence address.

- Extra Handling fee
If the package is big or heavy , we will charge you extra handling and packing fee.

　Domestic Shipping Cost　

We will charge you the actual cost. The domestic shipping method is depend on the seller.

　Extra Packing Fee　

If the final parcel size comes to big, or parcel's weight comes to heavy, we will charge you extra packing fee.
If the parcel is large and heavy, we will charge you a highr fee.
These fee includes the cost of packing materials.

International Shipping
You can use following five shipping methods. We show the features of each shipping methods on following table.

EMS Express Mail Service	It's the fastest and most safe sarvice. And it's reasonable price. We recommend EMS. Usually it takes 4-7 days to arrive. A tracking and tracing system, providing prompt information on delivery, is available. In some countries, handling areas are limited.	Shipping cost includes insurance for 20,000 yen. And it needs 50yen for every additional compensation of 20,000yen.
SMALL PACKET (AIR MAIL)	It's reasonable price and fast. Usually it takes 7-10 days. But there is no insurance and no tracking. The acceptable weight is less than 2kg. (printed matter = less than 5 kg)	No insurance. If the total price of the contents is more than 3000 yen, we will not use this method.
SMALL PACKET (SAL)	It is economy air-mail. Usually it takes 2-3 weeks. But there is no insurance and no tracking. The acceptable weight is less than 2kg. (printed matter = less than 5 kg) There is a country which isn't available about the SAL..	No insurance. If the total price of the contents is more than 3000 yen, we will not use this method.
PARCEL POST (SAL)	It is economy air-mail for a little heavy parcel. That takes 2-3 weeks to arrive. It's possible to track the package. But some countries are currently under the test joint. There is a country which isn't available about the SAL..	Shipping cost includes insurance for 11,000 yen. And plus 400yen covers up to 20,000yen. And it needs 50yen for every additional compensation of 20,000yen.
PARCEL POST (SURFACE MAIL)	It's very reasonable price. It's possible to track the package. But some countries are currently under the test joint. We recommend this method for heavy parcel. Usually it takes 1-2 months. If you would like to use this method, please ask us.	Shipping cost includes insurance for 11,000 yen. And plus 400yen covers up to 20,000yen. And it needs 50yen for every additional compensation of 20,000yen.

Some countries do not handle international parcels that weigh over 5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg or 20 kg per piece.

Insurance Claim Instructions

Goody-Japan is not responsible for any damage or loss during transport.

Basically we will insure the package for actual content value.
If you want us to declare the content value less than the actual value on the shipping form, we can declare as you say. But in this case, it is insured for up to declared value.

Steps for claiming your insurance.

1) If your item was damaged during transport, please call to the carrier immediately quickly and please leave the package as it is to make a claim. And please contact and inform us about the details via e-mail .

2) After making a claim the carrier will contact EMS Japan to initiate the claim procedure. This process can take up to 2 weeks. And the compensation can take over 6 months to arrive.

WE DO NOT HELP YOU MAKE CLAIMS FOR:

1)Items that are marked JUNK , SOLD AS-IS or NO CLAIM in your auctions.
2)Electronics that are damaged prior to shipping or after arrival
3)Items claimed after 7 days or arrival , please make your claim immediately.
4) Fraudulent claims

Size and Weight limits (EMS)

Please pay careful attention to the item's size and weight.

The size and weight limits of shipping varies upon a country the buyer lives in.
We will not handle the item that is oversized and overweight.
Please think carefully about the item's size and weight before you order us.
After your ordering, if there is a possibility of oversized or overweight, please send mail as soon as possible about it. At least you have to mail in 12 hour before the auction closes.

If the item could be separated into a few parts, we might send the package as a multiple package. But the shipping price will be more expensive. And we will charge Re-packing cost.

If your notification was late for the closing time, and in case we could not send you because of oversized and overweight, we will charge the penalty of 30% of the won price.
